CEO says Russia’s Ecoculture mulls holding IPO in 2024–2025

MOSCOW, Dec 9 (PRIME) -- Russian agricultural holding Ecoculture is considering an initial public offering (IPO) in 2024–2025, CEO Alexander Rudakov told reporters on Monday.

“We are thinking about IPO… We have started consultations, will get prepared -- there are many issues, international reporting is required, we need to cut the debt burden,” he said.

“But I think we will be there with time, we are thinking about 2024–2025… I cannot say we are aiming at it, we just do not rule out raising cheap borrowed capital.”

He said that the company is also considering alternative ways to attract financing, such as a bond placement.
